Skincare Product Return Policy

 

Because of the nature of our business, we do not offer refunds on our skincare products. The product list includes scented or unscented lotions, soaps, and shampoos.

If you have received a damaged or defective item, send an email to neal@weathermoor with PRODUCT REPLACEMENT in the subject line. The email should include your customer details (name, address, etc), a photo of the item, and a short description of the issue. These details MUST BE PRESENT in order to be issued a replacement. Replacements may be provided free of charge in appropriate circumstances. 

Final decisions on all replacement requests are at the discretion of Wethermoor Farm, LLC.

 

Animal Return Policy

 

All deposits made towards reserving or purchasing an animal are non refundable. If circumstances make it impossible for you to collect or purchase an animal that you have placed a deposit on, the amount of the deposit may be transferred as credit towards another deposit or purchase at a later date (selection based on availability).   

The health of our animals is the utmost priority at Wethermoor Farm. Therefore, we will not bring an animal back onto our farm after it has left the property to ensure the health and well-being of our herd.

A return or replacement may be considered in extreme or extenuating circumstances. Any issues should be communicated to neal@wethermoor.com with a description of the issue and contact information. In the case of an animal return, the animal may be tested by a veterinarian at the buyer's expense in order to ensure it is healthy. We will do our best to accommodate difficult situations. Wethermoor Farm, LLC has the right to deny requests for returns or replacements for any reason.
